Mainly contractual dispute resolution is done under this section.
The following three are covered under Arbitration law:
i. The Code of Civil Procedure;
ii. The India Contract Act; and
iii. The Specific Relief Act.
Arbitration is also a more speedy and efficient mode of dispute resolution than traditional court proceedings, hence is also beneficial for parties to a suit.
In civil matters, arbitration may just be the best way of dispute resolution if the parties seek a quicker mode of dispute resolution.
