SaaS Services Refund Policy

Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings are provided with the intent to deliver value and functionality to legal professionals and institutions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free Trial (if applicable):

   Some of our services may offer a limited-time free trial. You are encouraged to use the trial period to evaluate the service before purchasing a subscription.

2. Subscription Charges:

   Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable except in cases of:

   • Technical failure or error attributable to Vakalat.com that prevents access to the service.
   • Duplicate or erroneous billing caused by our system.
3. Refund Requests:

   Any refund request must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the billing date. Requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pro-Rated Refunds:

   We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

Merchandise Return and Refund Policy (Third-Party Vendors)

Vakalat.com offers a marketplace for various vendors to sell merchandise, including but not limited to legal apparel, books, accessories, and office supplies. These products are sold and fulfilled by individual vendors, and the return/refund policy applicable is that of the respective vendor.

1. Vendor Policy Display:

   Each product listing will contain a link to or summary of the vendor’s return and refund policy. It is your responsibility as a customer to review and understand the vendor’s policy before making a purchase.

2. No Direct Refunds by Vakalat.com:

   Vakalat.com does not process or issue refunds for merchandise sold by third-party vendors. Any request for return, replacement, or refund must be addressed directly to the vendor as per their published policy.

3. Payment Collection:

   Although payments are processed through Lawtech VakalatHouse Pvt. Ltd., the responsibility for product quality, fulfillment, and post-sale support lies solely with the vendor.
